PROCEDURES AND ROUTINES WE FOLLOW:

Step 1: Agency Agreement with the prospective employers, followed by finalizing requirements and all terms and conditions.

Step 2: Process the confirmations in the form of POWER OF ATTORNEY and DEMAND LETTERS duly attested by the requisite government authorities from the country of employment.

Step 3: Begin authorization to be processed by the company in the form of Wakala in our favor from Istakdaam Offices. 

  • NOTE: Employers who do wish to go outside their cities to complete authorization formalities can do so from any authorized Istakdaam office in their city.

Step 4: Sourcing of candidates through our various recruitment branches or affiliate offices spread all over India. We issue press advertisements in national newspapers and digital platforms for overseas recruitment requirements.

Step 5: Screening and short-listing candidates for interviews. If needed, we can conduct the entire selection process independently by interviewing candidates intensively and putting them through trade tests at our centers. All of this, by highly trained industry professionals.

Step 6:  Selected candidates undergo medical fitness tests at GCC Approved Medical Centers followed by employment contract signing with the employers or with us.

Step 7: All legal formalities pertaining to submission of documents like MOFA,

HEALTH and CONSULATE FEES are made on the ENJAZ WEBSITE as per the

established procedures.

Step 8: Submission of the candidate’s passport to the consulate concerned for

visa endorsements and emigration clearance.

Step 9: The employee is informed and given respective passports, flight tickets,

and all relevant documents, while the employee is informed about the flight

details by fax/ e-mail, or via telephone.

Step 10: Deployment of the employee to the workplace.
